Session Costs and Payments

We charge a flat rate of $150 per hour for our services and bill by the hour. We are currently in network with some insurance companies, but offer options for you to get the treatment you need. 

Our options for payment include: 

In network billing: we’re in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, United Healthcare allowing you to access care and just pay your co-pay.  

Reimbursement from Insurance Companies: We can collect payment upfront and provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We can also help with courtesy claim submission, where we submit the claim to insurance on your behalf and you pay the remaining balance.

Since every insurance plan is different, we cannot make any promises on how much you’ll pay out of pocket, but we can discuss options for payment.
